Research Use Agreement
DRAFT — pending counsel review. Not legal advice. This is the acknowledgement you accept at the age and use gate, and again at checkout, when acquiring research compounds from Ryva Labs.
Researcher representation
You represent that you are at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, institution, or professional acquiring these materials solely for legitimate, non-clinical laboratory research, and that you have the legal authority, training, and facilities to receive and handle research compounds safely and lawfully.
Research use only acknowledgement
You acknowledge that all products are sold for laboratory and research use only — not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or any in-vivo use — and you agree to store, label, and treat them accordingly.
No resale for human use
You agree that you will not resell, distribute, or otherwise transfer any product for human or animal consumption, or to any person or entity that is not a qualified researcher, and you will not represent these products as drugs, supplements, or fit for human or veterinary use.
No dosing or human-use guidance
You understand that Ryva Labs does not provide dosing, administration, or any human- or veterinary-use instructions, and we will not respond to requests for them. You agree not to seek or rely on such guidance from us; discussion of human use is outside the scope of our research-use-only sales.
Assumption of handling responsibility
You accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, labeling, use, and disposal of all products in accordance with good laboratory practice and all applicable laws, and you assume all risk associated with them.
Acceptance
By checking the acknowledgement box at the gate and at checkout, you agree to this Research Use Agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not access the products or place an order.
