Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Disclaimer, and Research Use Agreement, each of which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase any product. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use after an update means you accept the change.
Eligibility and qualified-researcher representation
You must be at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use this site or purchase products. By ordering, you represent that you are a qualified researcher, institution, or professional acquiring these materials solely for legitimate laboratory and research purposes, that you have the training and facilities to handle research compounds safely, and that you are not purchasing on behalf of a minor or for resale to any party who is not a qualified researcher.
Research use only restriction
All products sold by Ryva Labs are intended for laboratory and research use only. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or any in-vivo use, and they are not food, drugs, dietary supplements, household chemicals, or cosmetics. You agree not to use, resell, or distribute any product in a manner inconsistent with this research-use-only restriction. See our Disclaimer and Research Use Agreement for the full statement.
Orders, pricing, and payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is accepted. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, and we may correct pricing or product errors even after an order is submitted; if we cancel a paid order for this reason, we will refund the amount paid. Applicable taxes are your responsibility where required. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Zelle, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT or USDC) processed by our third-party payment provider. Cryptocurrency payments are generally final once confirmed on the blockchain and cannot be reversed by us.
Account and acceptable use
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate, current information. You agree not to misuse the site, including by scraping, reverse engineering, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using it for any unlawful purpose, or transferring products to non-qualified parties.
Intellectual property
The site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, product imagery, certificates of analysis, and the Ryva Labs name and marks — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for its intended purpose; you may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
Certificates of analysis and product information
We publish a certificate of analysis (COA) for tested batches. A COA reflects the results of third-party testing for that specific batch at the time of testing; it is provided for reference and does not guarantee outcomes in any particular research application, nor does it constitute a warranty of fitness for a specific purpose. Product descriptions and related information are provided to the best of our knowledge but may contain errors and are subject to change without notice.
Disclaimer of warranties
All products and the site are provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryva Labs and DegenClub LLC, and their members, officers, employees, and affiliates, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. You assume all risk associated with the purchase, handling, storage, and use of research compounds.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ryva Labs and DegenClub LLC and their members, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and attorneys' fees arising from your purchase, handling, storage, or use of any product; any human or animal use; any health, efficacy, or benefit claim you make; your violation of these terms or any law; or any regulatory action resulting from your conduct.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in California, except where binding arbitration applies. Any dispute may be subject to binding individual arbitration and a waiver of class actions; the final dispute-resolution mechanism, arbitration provider, and venue will be confirmed by counsel before launch.
Changes, severability, and contact
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and your purchases.
