Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses. International shipping — including to Canada — is coming soon; in the meantime, please email support@ryvalabs.com with any international inquiries.
Order processing and cutoff
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are prepared to ship the same business day; orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping speeds and rates
We offer Standard (typically 5 to 7 business days), 2-Day Expedited, and Overnight shipping. Available speeds and exact rates are calculated and shown at checkout based on your address and the option you select. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Free shipping
Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.
Cold-chain and packaging
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the short duration of domestic transit, so most orders do not require refrigeration in shipping. We pack every order in protective, insulated packaging, and we include gel or ice packs for heat-sensitive compounds or during warm-weather shipping. On arrival, store your products according to the handling instructions — typically refrigerated or frozen for lyophilized peptides — to preserve their integrity.
Discreet packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked exterior packaging, with no product names, ingredients, or research-compound references visible on the outside.
Shipment protection and tracking
Every order includes complimentary shipment protection covering loss or damage in transit. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and you will receive carrier updates through delivery. If there is a problem with your shipment, contact support@ryvalabs.com.
Delivery issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. Carrier delays, weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery times; we will help you work with the carrier whenever we can.
